HEGLA at the 2024 EuroBLECH in Hanover
HEGLA is presenting its storage system for vertical sheet storage at EuroBLECH 2024 in Hanover, the 27th international technology trade fair for sheet metal processing.
Storage system for space-saving, vertical sheet metal storage
The roll-out storage system for sheet metal is a special space-saving, material-friendly solution for the storage of small, medium and large formats, plus special-purpose and residual sheets. Thanks to the consistently implemented principle of vertical material storage, the existing storage space is optimally utilised. At the same time, the vertical sheet metal storage system has a very small footprint. The upright vertical supports in the roll-out compartments are padded to protect the material and provide the necessary support for metal plates when storing them upright. All sheet metals and plate materials are stored individually for direct access. Height-adjustable intermediate shelves and an optional load securing system for thin sheets provide even more flexibility and utility.
The practical ceiling of the vertical sheet storage system can be loaded up to 1,500 kg/m², creating additional storage space for pallet goods, for example.
